Depending on the search method selected, this information may include:

Once verification is successfully completed, the returned information is made available only for the purpose of allowing the user to generate the requested document.

Returned identity information is held only for the duration of the active user session.

Idyntic does not intentionally retain verification results or generated identity information within its database after the active session ends.
However, for operational and auditing purposes, we retain limited metadata relating to completed searches, including:
- search timestamp;
- requesting user account; and
- document type generated.
This metadata does not include the personal identity information returned by the verification provider.
10. Wallet and Payment Processing
Idyntic operates a prepaid wallet system that enables users to pay for services available on the platform.
Each registered user is assigned a dedicated virtual account for wallet funding through our payment provider.
At the time of publication, wallet funding and payment processing are provided by BudPay.
When you transfer funds to your assigned virtual account, BudPay processes the transaction and notifies Idyntic upon successful payment. We then update your wallet balance accordingly.
To facilitate wallet operations, we may process and retain:
- Virtual account number
- Bank name
- Wallet balance
- Funding amount
- Transaction reference
- Transaction status
- Transaction timestamp
- Wallet transaction history
Idyntic does not request or store your banking login credentials, transfer authorization credentials, or other sensitive financial authentication information required to complete a bank transfer.
As our platform evolves, we may integrate additional licensed payment providers to improve service availability and reliability. Any such providers will process personal information only as necessary to provide payment services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Wallet transaction records are retained to maintain accurate account balances, resolve payment disputes, comply with applicable legal obligations, and ensure the integrity of our financial records.
